Good to be home

Hello Everyone!
Hope that everyone is doing well. I'm sorry that I have been gone
for a while but my life got kind of crazy. In January we were struggling
with some health issues that my husband was having and we asked our
Lord to help us figure out what we should do. The things that can happen
when you put all your trust and faith in our Lord . Things happened real
fast and the Lord led us back to Medford Oregon. I thank the Lord for
leading us back here because I always felt this to really be my home. I
love the trees, the weather is wonderful. Last week we were in the
low eighties for a few days. The winters are mild and I love that about
this area.

The picture above is of Table Rock a great hiking place.
I will tell you more about our move in the next few days. Now I have
a favor to ask of all my readers. Many of you have read here on my
blog about Marion who adopted me as her Nana (grandmother). The
vehicle that her parents have has been outgrown and is getting old
. Marions mother has entered Marion in a contest to try and win a
new wheelchair accessible vehicle. I ask that you follow the link
and vote for Marion to win.
We got a little late start in this and the voting ends on May 10th.

Thrifty Tuesday 2/5

Hello everyone!!!!!
Hope to find you all doing well. I'm keeping busy alot to do
these days. Before I get into my thrifty tuesday blog I want
to update everyone about my adopted granddaughter. Marion
was released from the hospital late yesterday evening.  She
is now home continuing the road to recovery. I thank you
all who heard my request for prayers and prayed for her and
her family. The power of prayer is so amazing as is our Lord.
Thank You Everyone from the bottom of my heart!!!!!

Now on to my picture. I have been watching alot of
scrapbooking haul videos lately and so many were able to
get to their local Michaels store and get some great buys.
For some of us it is a little hard to get to those great sales
because we have to travel a good distance. What is pictured
above is some stamps that I found at Craft Warehouse. They
have their Christmas items at 75% off and since not many
were paying attention to what the other craft stores are clearing
out I managed to get the stamps at $1.75 each. What a great
buy!!!

I also found some Washi tape it was marked $2.50 but when it
rang up it cost $1.75. Not the price that everyone else was paying
at the compition store but still a gret buy.
I also managed to find some of the Lost & Found Santa packs
I got these at 75% off the original price and these were the
only ones that I could find at my local store. Another great buy.
There was so much more that I could have purchased but I need
to use up all I have already before my husband kills me...lol...
Well I better go and see what I can create. Until my next post
Have A Splendid Afternoon!!!!!

A request for Prayers

Hello fellow bloggers!
This wasn't the post I had in mind today but I come
to all of you with a request. Several times I have
talked about the sweet girl  in my header
picture and that how she adopted us as her
grandparents. Last night she was rushed to the
hospital. For those of you who might not know
Marion was broght into this world fighting for
her life. She has MS and a multitude of other
health issues. She is in the hospital today fighting
once again. She has pneumonia with no sound in
in her right lung which is not good, she is running
a high fever and is on 40% oxygen. I am a believer
in the power of prayer. So my request is that you
send out a prayer for her and her family.
Thank you in advance.
Until my next post Have A Splendid Day!!!!!!
