A little sunshine box card

Hello my fellow crafty friends and followers.
Today marks the first day of Summer. I thought I would
share my box card with yellow flowers and butterfly. The
colors are bright that it reminds me of a bright and sunny
Summer day.
Not a long post today. Busy thinking of how things keep
changing. Two of my nephews graduated this year and one
leaves on Sunday for boot camp. Also one of my nieces
graduated she is headed for WSU GO COUGS! Life goes
on and things change but I am still the same. Oh Well.
Hope you all have great plans for the first day of summer.
I will be working out in the yard and in the evening we have
a party to be at. BBQ and friends is a great way to enjoy the
first day of Summer. Have fun everyone and until my next
post Have A Splendid Day!!!!!!!!

Jars, Jars, Jars

Hello my fellow crafty friends and followers.
Hope you are enjoying your Friday.
Today I am going to keep my post a little short. In my
header picture is some jars that I stamped and cut out. I
have these listed on my Zibbet store. Below is a picture
of the ones I did on vellum.

I like how they turned out on the vellum because it reminds
me of the old Ball jars. Don't you like how it looks on the
vellum? The stamp is made by Recollections.
Below is a picture of a new Cricut Cartridge that I got.

This Cricut cartridge I won from the Courtney Lane Designs
blog Hosted by Melanie Brown. She has a giveaway every week.
I have entered her giveaways often and I finally won. I wanted
the Create a Friend cartridge and almost bought it once. Glad
I didn't. If you would like to visit Melanies blog the link is below.
I'm off to create some more so until my next post Have A Splendid

Happy Birthday box cards

Hello my fellow crafty friends and followers.
Here are a couple of more box cards that I made to fill some
orders that I received. I have had some full days just trying to
to keep up with the orders. I have four more box cards to finish
and I should be all caught up.

I will start working on my projects that I plan to sell at the
Fall shows this year.  I hope to also open my Etsy shop up
before the end of the month with some new items. I want
to get this done before my garden really starts producing and
I need to get busy canning.
We can always make plans but as we all know sometimes life
has a way of taking over and we just have to go with the flow.
Hope everyone is doing well and that you are all enjoying the
warmth of the suns rays.
I will just have to take each day as it comes, so until my next
post Have A Splendid Day!!!!!!!!

Boxes, Balloons, and Flowers

Hello Fellow crafty friends!
I know it's been some time but life just kind of filled my days.
I have been crafting as you can see by the photos. I made a couple
of the box cards for friends and they showed them to other friends
which then created a frenzy of everyone wanting box cards that I
even took a break from Etsy.

All in all I made about thirty box cards that I forgot to take
pictures of some of them which is ok because I just might
have driven all of you crazy with all the box cards...LOL....
Life got a little crazy along with me having all those orders.
My boxer Shelby ended up with bone spurs on her hip and we
had to see the vet off and on and finally made a decision to
put her through surgery.

We have had to keep her resting which is not easy. It has
been a lot of work especially because the vet didn't prescribe
pain meds in hopes that the discomfort would keep her down.
That didn't work out to well.

Her leg got swollen because she wanted to be up following
my husband and her pal Diesel around, so more trips to the vet.
Along with all of that I am helping out a friend that had gone
in for routine surgery and the Doctor made an error which my
friend almost lost her life. After three months in the hospital she
finally got to go home and I have become her in -home care provider
three days a week. I also put together a fund raising yard sale for my
friend since she has no income. Many of her friends did different
fund raising sales (bake sales, Tamale sales). We will continue to
do things to raise funds for her until she has jumped through all
the states hoops to have some type of income come in.
Days, weeks, and months have just flown past.
Mothers Day came and my kids gave me the Brother Scan N Cut
and I didn't even have a chance to write about it. I did mention
it on my facebook page but that was a quick post. Lately all
I can do is quick. Quick check facebook, quick check e-mail for
what might be important, quick go buy groceries because I have
to be over there in an hour. Quick, Quick, Quick.
My life has been full but I am glad to be alive and breathing.
I hope that you are all doing well so until my next post
Have A Splendid Day!!!!!!!!!
